The Software Solutions Sales Account Executive is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and quotas, maintaining existing customers and building new revenue streams through the expansion and growth of the business relationships within current and new clients. This includes working with customers to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services where opportunities exist. Through strong business acumen this role will demonstrate a solid understanding of the industry drivers and trends that are impacting our customers and driving their business and buying decisions. The Account Executive is well versed in developing and supporting the relationship between ONE ECM and customers at multiple organizational levels, and possesses the ability to gather information on customer business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing to deliver value-added business solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly and annual basis.
• Develop an annual business plan updated on a quarterly basis including plans by product, geography and action plans to capitalize on new opportunities.
•  Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
•  Maintains both tangible near term actions and longer term strategic direction to increase growth and sustainable revenues. 
• Thoroughly understands and significantly influences the customer’s decision-making process and leads the customer to positive decisions.
• Develop articulate value propositions and execute in the field.
• Review complex customer requirements, equipment configurations, feasibility of intended applications, required software and adequacy of implementations plans for customer needs, and provides specific solution recommendations.
• Ongoing coordination with all ONE ECM teams (solutions, marketing, engineering, operations, legal, sales and finance) to identify opportunities and ensure alignment of department objectives.
• Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.
• Maintain contact with the customer, resolve problems, and seek additional opportunities to meet needs. 
• Perform sales presentations to match ONE ECM products with identified needs.
• Provide timely and accurate business volume forecasts and other reports.
• Participates in various headquarter/regional planning and training activities.
• Maintain a mastery of segment, products and industry applications.
• Manage personal expenses in line with ONE ECM expense policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: 

• 5 - 8 years enterprise software sales experience. Experience in U.A.E (GCC experience would a plus)
• 3 years experience in effectively leading a cross functional team of technical, services and partner personnel in a complex enterprise software sale and implementation.
• Proven hunter and farmer background (i.e. sold initial departmental opportunities as well as seven figure multi-level enterprise transactions) Strong evidence of self-sufficiency – creating and working a plan to drive revenue from assigned territory Demonstrated history of developing their own pipeline equal to 3X. 

Developer Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop new applications, forms, reports, workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server
• Build and modify OpenText Content Server workflows, forms, reports, and custom taxonomy/metadata according to specifications and expand upon existing applications to meet ongoing needs 
• Collaborate on requirements and solution design
• Provide estimates and prepare technical specification based on understanding of functional specification
• Design and code based on development standards and approaches
• Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced developers
• Assist with code build and deployment process
• Contribute, understand and adhere to Application Development processes, software development standards, and technical approaches relevant to assigned technology
• Responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of applications as assigned and interfaces partnering with vendors to ensure quality services 
• Troubleshoot and resolve system related production issues, identify root causes, work with vendors on bugs/fixes and implement quality solutions 
• Perform daily administration of the application environment 

Developer Requirement: 

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Candidate should be Arabic speaking
• Minimum of 5+ years of overall IT work experience
• Strong development experience on the OpenText Content Server platform (using Content Server Web Services, REST APIs, OScript) preferably with 10.5/16/20/21 versions Java or .NET development experience with good knowledge of Object oriented      programming concepts
• Hands on development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSL and SQL
• Experience working with Workflows, CS Widgets, Workspaces, Connected Workspaces, Web Reports, Web Forms, Templates in Live link/Content Server Data migration exposure from other ECM systems to OpenText using migration tools 
• Experience working with other OpenText products like Archive Server, OTDS, Enterprise Scan, Enterprise Connect, Document Pipeline, Rendition Server, Capture Center, Process Suite is preferred
• Knowledge of software development standards and best practice approaches
• Exposure to Agile development methodology
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug in assigned technology
• Ability to interact with internal and external team members
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly

The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

To be successful as an inside sales representative, you must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and upselling products and services.
• Answering potential customer questions and providing feedback through proper means (calls, emails).
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Keeping up with product and service updates.

• Closing sales and achieving quotas.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Experience: 4-6 of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create high quality visual designs for new and existing websites, apps and other digital experiences
• Transforming and developing  wireframes into engaging digital designs
• Defining multi-platform nteractive experiences that excite users
• Aligning & evolving designs with existing style guides and brand guidelines
• Presenting work to the team, clients and business stakeholders, clearly articulating rationale behind  design decisions
• Deliver screens, assets and prototypes to a high standard
• Working closely with Front End Developers to ensure designs are delivered accurately and in line with stakeholder expectations

UX/UI Visual Designer Key Skills: 

• Innovative using user-centred design processes with the newest technologies to create beautifully designed products and services that people love to use
• Exceptional visual design skills and the portfolio to prove it
• Knowledge of industry standard collaboration tools (Sketch, Invision and Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience designing responsive  websites plus tablet and smartphone apps for iOS and Android
• In-depth knowledge of current visual and interactive design trends (UI frameworks, HTML5, Bootstraps, Material-UI)
• Experience in latest UI controls (Kendu UI, Telerik, DevExpress, etc)
• High proficiency in Sketch and Adobe creative suite
• Knowledge of web and mobile  technologies and the implications these have on site and app design
• Ability to create cross channel UI documentation that clearly communicates all elements of an interface
• Fluent English (speaking and writing) and ideally Arabic
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery is a plus
• Experience  working in an Agile/Scrum development process

5.  Implementation of Archive server and other OpenText core products.
6.  Worked on version upgrades and infrastructure scaling/migrations.
7. OpenText CS integration with other 3rd party system using webservices.
8. Content migration from various system to OpenText CS.

Job Role: Technical Consultant – iManage Products

Job Description: 

• Analysing  requirements and the conception, implementation of iManage solutions .
• Consulting for best practices with IManage products and their implementation. 
• Leading  workshops with customers to gather customer requirements
• Creating  functional designs and other technical solution documentation .
• Development  and implementation of our projects for customers.
• Acting  as technical lead and expert during the project lifecycle
• Developing   best practices and their implementation
• Working   closely with the Professions Services Team on new opportunities

Experience: 

• Overall 2-6 years of experience in iManage suite and its modules (iManage worksite server, iManage Share, iManage Preview, iManage RAVN (Search Engine), Records Manager, Security Policy Manager, Threat Manager)
• At least worked on 2 iManage suite with core modules implementation project
• Certificate on iManage products would be an advantage
• iManage System Design, Development, Execution including  Implementation, Customization, Configuration, Administration, Testing, and Training of iManage based ECM/EDM system.
• Implementation of other components like iManage worksite server,  iManage Share, iManage Preview, iManage RAVN (Search Engine), Records Manager, Security Policy Manager, Threat Manager
• Worked on version upgrades and infrastructure scaling/migrations

Job Role: Senior Technical Consultant – Tungsten Automation (Kofax)  Product Specialist

Job Description: 

• Knowledge on Kofax system architecture design. Technical design for application component layout with multiple tiers and multiple servers in each tier. 
• Installing,  configuring, Implementing, supporting Kofax products like KC, KTM, KIC, Total Agility and Kofax Analytics For Capture (KAFC), Kofax RPA
• Knowledge on KAFTA, Retention policy, Job variables, Server Variables, KTA DB  queries, Kofax Import Connector configuration, Basic capture Process, Admin Modules, Batch class, Separation profile, OCR, classification and extraction, Locator, Analytics and Insight Reports, Designer, Work queue along with Kofax integration with other 3rd party systems.
• Upgrade/Patching and DR knowledge for Kofax products
• Coordination of end-user UAT activities and technical change management
• Developing  best practices knowledge base from the implementations

• Architect high & low level designs around Azure & Office 365 Suite
• Responsible for designing and implementing backup processes and disaster recovery for servers and databases
